PostEx Courier is a native Verse Commerce app that helps Pakistan-based merchants manage COD shipment bookings, courier tracking, and shipment-related operations directly from their store dashboard.

Connect your PostEx merchant account using your API token and registered pickup address code. Review eligible orders, manually create bookings individually or in batches of up to 10, and save successful consignment references to your orders.

Shipment Tracking

Check the latest available courier status for booked consignments. Enable optional hourly read-only tracking refresh for recent shipments to keep your courier records updated.

Courier Management

Manage courier shipment cancellations with explicit confirmation while keeping your original store order status separate. Built-in safeguards help prevent duplicate booking requests and flag uncertain booking attempts for manual reconciliation.

Reports and Activity

Review recent shipment bookings, shipment status summaries, searchable orders, and integration activity logs from one convenient dashboard.

Secure Connection

Merchant API credentials are encrypted, and connection testing and delivery-city lookup tools help with initial setup.

Getting Started

Install the app from Verse Commerce Apps, connect your PostEx Merchant COD account, test the connection, and begin reviewing eligible COD shipment requests.

Requirements: Active Verse Commerce license, PostEx merchant API access, and a registered pickup address code. This is an independent integration. The current release is a technical preview and requires live merchant validation before production use.
