Run your store accounting right inside Verse Commerce. Create invoices, bills and expenses, maintain a chart of accounts, record balanced journal entries, and review sales and financial summaries in an organized, light interface.

Optionally collect eligible store orders and customer records into your local books, or authorize a QuickBooks Online company using the official Intuit OAuth connection for compatible cloud sales/customer synchronization.

Import/export customers, suppliers, invoice lines, chart of accounts, bank CSV and product listings using CSV files. Preview imported CSVs before saving, monitor your bookkeeping records and keep your sales information in one workspace.

Requirements

Active Verse Commerce theme/license with Native App API; WordPress/PHP and MySQL support. Intuit developer OAuth credentials and a QuickBooks Online account are required only for optional cloud synchronization, not for local bookkeeping.

Important disclosures

This is not a full QuickBooks Online replacement: payroll, online bank feeds, automated tax returns, inventory valuation, full bank reconciliation, payout/refund reconciliation, advanced multicurrency and all region-specific workflows are not implemented. Estimates/POs/credit notes are draft records in v1.1.0. Intuit OAuth requires a separate merchant company authorization. Screenshots contain illustrative sample records, not connected QuickBooks activity. This is an independent integration, not an Intuit product.
